What Causes Nasal Bleeding Continuously?

my 12 year old daugters nose has been bleeding. She is 87lbs, has allergies. we have been staying at a hotel . Could the dryness be a contributting factor? I lloked up in her nose and the side that has been bleedinding is constricted(narrow). Applied ice and applied pressure for 10 min. but it continues to bleed

hello, thanks for your query, bleeding from nose in children most commonly by pulling dry crusts from nasal cavities. it could be also from rhinolith( foreign body), bleeding disorders, growth. kindly evaluate by an ent surgeon for definitive diagnosis and treatment. you can put xylomist ( decongest) nasal drops 3 drops/ 3 times: 1 week . all the best. take care.
