Hi
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
The most probable causes of ischemia are blood hypertension, dislipidemia, smoking and alcohol abusing
Cardiac hypertrophia is caused by high blood pressure, it is fully treatable so you don't have to worry too much
Anyway you should absolutely start blood thinner, treatment for dislipidemia and beta blockers
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
