Hi, first of all i want to say that i'm not english so my english won't be the best. I'm 18 years old, and nevere suffered of muscle twithcing in my life, except a couple isolate time (i still remember) . I' ve always benn doing sports ( Soccer) until i was 15, then for 3 years i've been sadly doing no sports. I restarted 3 months ago, doing cardio but mostly bodybuliding worjout. Since couple days I have muscle twitching.. on legs, arms, etc. when RELAXED. Is it possible that it's beacuse i've been working out too often and hard, and my muscles are stressed?
