What Causes Muscle Twitches And Sharp Pain In The Breast?

Im 23 years old female that use to go to college I have had some really weird symptoms that led for me to believe it was heart related because I use to snort cocaine and drink and smoke cigerattes for 4 months then I quit everything because I started having these symptoms. Ive been to ER multiple times ekg blood work all normal. Whenever I eat a heavy meal my heart pounds and a surge of adrenaline makes me nervous and trigers my heart to race. When it does this my hands sweat and sometimes my body trembles. Sometimes i have involuntary leg and arm movement especially in my sleep. For 5 days now Ive had these muscle twitches all over my body and sharp pain in my lower left breast. I really hate having these in my neck it feels warm and my upper back and stomach feel warm. I went to cardiologist they told me they would call me, i had echo done. Im always constipated and lil blood in stool.

Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of this nerve root there is pain in your back and chest.

This can be related to smoking also.

I will advise you to do MRI thoracic spine, HRCT [CHEST] and EMG- NCV [nerve conduction study]

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
Yes rule out cardiac cause also.
