I have exercised and dealt with muscles soreness all of my like. I am 33yo female. Lately when I use my muscles I feel extreme muscle and joint pain. For instance, I was lifting light weights with moderate reps and later that afternoon my shoulder and elbow joints felt like someone was prying them apart and the bicep was extremely fatigued and sore. I took an OTC pain reliever and it lessened the pain. It went away after 2 days, but this has been happening a lot lately...yet not every time I exercise or use my muscles
