Hi, I have recently fallen down the stairs... Having some buttocks pain... Bruising on upper right thigh. I have no pain whatsoevers on my tailbone... Just muscle pain around the buttocks and upper right thigh and difficulty sitting... Should there be any concerns? Should I head to ER?

Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from muscular pain. Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac three times a day after meals). Muscle relaxant such as thiocolchicoside can be added . Vitamin B-complex and Vitamin C supplementation can used to promote healing. It may take a week time to relief. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
