Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m a 51 year old male in good health. I don t drink or smoke and exercise 4 day s a week. In the past two weeks my fingers have been cramping up with the longest duration lasting today for 10 seconds. I know it s not a hydration issues- I drink plenty of water. What else could it be?
Dear Patient, Welcome, and thanks for sharing your concern I went through your query, and I feel, these could be vitamin deficiency or neurological disorders, you need to inform of any other associated condition you have, any history of illness in the past, history of increased blood pressure, I feel you should consult a neurologist early. I hope my advice would have been useful, in decision making regarding your treatment, still if you have any clarifications or doubts feel free to contact back. Thanks.
