Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem of irregular periods can be due to hormonal imbalance. But other dysfunctional uterine bleeding should be ruled out. Fishy odor is most likely due to bacterial vaginosis. A pelvic examination followed by ultrasound and a swab will out all these. If it is hormonal disturbance then progesterone therapy may benefit you. Bacterial vaginosis I treat with combination of antibiotics like clindamycin or metronidazole with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or as oral tablets. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
