What Causes Mucus With Stool And Excessive Stomach Gas?

My stool for the past month is sometimes normal and sometimes nothing but mucus and I feel like I have to go to the bathroom constantly and I have a lot of gas when this happens. Tonight for the first time I noticed the mucus was light and dark orange so this concerns me. This usually happens right before I start my period. I do not eat healthy. I do not like any fruits and vegetables but I do drink V8. I have ALOT of drainage constantly. What can be causing this???

see, you are probably suffering from a chronic low-grade intestinal infection which is also flared up by your irregular and unhealthy food habits. do the following-
take small frequent meals.
take enough fluid, dietary fibers and fruits.
avoid fatty and junk food as much as you can.
take tab ofloxacin-ornidazole combination twice daily for 5 days.
take tab pantoprazole-domperidone once daily before breakfast for 20 days.
give me a feedback after the course.
