About 9 months ago I discovered a round moveable lump near my scrotum (but on the outside) between the base of my penis and outside of left side of my scrotum (about the size of a bean or small grape). It is closer to the outside of my scrotum than inner crease in my leg. I had possibly pulled a muscle in my leg and groin while moving last August. It actually appears to have gotten somewhat smaller over the last several months. At times it seems like it can get a little bigger and then smaller. It seems smaller when lying down and I can feel it better while standing up. It doesn t feel attached to anything and is moveable and not hard but also not completley soft. The only real pain is when I check on it constantly, then that area becomes sore for a few days. Could this be a lymph node? Cyst? I have checked my testicles and have no lumps on either one, inside the scrotum.
