What Causes Mouth Ulcers?

been dealer with some sores in my mouth been to all kind of doctors no one been able to help had a brain tumor remove about a year ago had radation to finishing shinking it tumor look to be gone compleaty but got these sore still and also been threater for thrush can it be thrush again

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The ulcers in the mouth could be because of recurrent aphthous stomatitis that occurs most often secondary to stress.
The other possible cause could be secondary to the herpes virus infection.
If it is herpetic ulcer, you can take topical anesthetic and analgesics like lignocaine and choline salicylate gel (anabel gel).
If it is aphthous ulcer you can take topical anesthetic and analgesics like lignocaine and choline salicylate gel (anabel gel) before food and topical steroid like triamcinolone acetonide after food.
Do saline gargling. If the lesion does not heal in 5-7 days then consult a oral physician and get it examined. It is not thrush.
