Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
I have gone through your query.

The ulcers in the mouth could be because of recurrent aphthous stomatitis or recurrent herpetic ulcers that occurs most often secondary to stress.

Consult a oral physician and get it ruled out.

If it is aphthous ulcer you can take topical anesthetic and analgesics like anabel gel. apply 3-before food and topical steroid like triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% after food.

If it is herpetic ulcers you can take topical anesthetic and analgesics like anabel gel.

Consult oral physician or ENT specialist.

I hope my answer will help you, take care.
