What Causes Mood Swings With Sleeping Difficulty?
I'm not too sure what's going on in my head. I'd be in such a happy mood and then suddenly i'd get upset and depressed. I would even start crying but i dont understand why because i have no reason to. I was also finding it hard to fall asleep in the pass few days. What's wrong with me?

You may have depression. There are some other illnesses also with similar pattern.
