What Causes Mood Swings, Breasts Soreness And Pink Vaginal Discharge?

I have been having mood swings along with sore breasts and urinating a little more frequently that normal. I also have been having light cramps that come and go through out the day. Today when I went to use the bathroom and wiped there was light pink discharge on the toilet paper. What is this from?

What ever the symptoms that you are having does not indicate any disease but this could be nonspecific, like staining of blood to toilet paper could be due menses, increase frequency of urine may be due to anxiousness, try to control your thoughts, just relax, and everything would be fine soon, take care.
