Hello and welcome to HCM,
A mole in groin which is increasing in size needs to be investigated.
Any mole which increases in size or shape or colour is suspicious for neoplastic change.
Moles can transform into dysplastic or neoplastic lesions.
Thus, clinical assessment is necessary.
If required a biopsy from the site may also be required to examine the lesion microscopically.
I suggest you to consult a dermatologist or skin specialist for further work up.

Thanks and take care
