What Causes Missing Periods?

Urgent answer required.....
For the very first time i missed my periods....my periods are always very normal...my date last month was 14 april..on 22nd april i had romance with my boyfriend but not sex....i consulted gynaec ..she had prescribed gynaset....i took for three days on 31st may, 1st june, 2nd june...today is 4th june...bt still i have not got my periods....please help me...

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to history there is very less chance of getting pregnant.
However,pregnancy should be excluded in missed period.
You can opt for urine pregnancy test at home.Two dark vertical lines on card indicates pregnancy.
Ultrasound of pelvis is the investigation of choice to confirm pregnancy as it can detect G-sac earliest.
