hi iam 23 and i have this thing called skiping heart beat, i used to have them every now and then but lately its getting worst i even talk to my DC. he said its normal but its very annoying, it happens every night just before i go to bed. its very helpful if some1 tell me what to do about it..

While these may not mean anything serious, you need an EKG, echocardiogram, and blood work to see what exactly the skipped beats are--whether premature atrial or ventricular contractions--and whether there's a heart valve problem or an electrolyte problem
