You have not described whether you have done urine pregnancy test or not. It may be false negative on some cases and require further tests. Though there are lot of causes of this secondary amenorrhoea the hormonal irregularities play most common role. If you are a oral contraceptive pill user mainly progesterone only pills these symptoms may arise. There may be estrogen deficiency causing such problems. Treatment protocol includes injection estradiol valerate(10mg) i.m. on 1st and 14th day followed by noresthisterone 5mg twice daily from 19th to 26th day. Bleeding starts 2-3days following end of this medicine. Meprate contains medroxyprogesterone acetate which has similar role of norethisterone. 1st you have to rule out pregnancy. Its also important to take the medicines regularly for 7days. Faulty technique may results into failure of these therapy. If your symptoms persists you should visit a doctor to rule out other causes like ovarian cysts, acute stress, uterine adhesion etc.
