Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Failure of tubal ligation is a very rare event, but there are several cases reported. If you are not having urine pregnancy test positive , it is hhighly unlikely that you are pregnant. But if you still feel fetal movements, then you should get an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get properly examined and investigated for delayed periods if ultrasound is normal. Delayed periods can be due to the hormonal disturbances for which you should be investigated. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti verma
