What Causes Missed Period Despite Having Unwanted 72 Post Unprotected Sex?
hi doctor, i had a sex with my gf on 23rd dec, she had a period on 27 nov. after 70 hours of sex she takes unwanted 72. today is 28 but her period are not coming. is she is pregnent. i got to know that sex before 10 days of period is safe(girl doesnt get pregnent)...???? kindly advise

She got menses on 27th Nov.i.e. due date of menses was 25th Dec. ( if period 5/28 days and regular ).
Sex on 23rd Dec .
Ovulation period was on 11-12 Dec .
She also took unwanted pills .
So in that case , your girl friend is not pregnant at all and this is approximately 100 % sure , so need not to worry .
However , cause of amenorrhea ( no menses ) may be tension , anxiety or hormonal imbalance , so wait for another couple of days for regular menses.

Looking to the history as you had sex during safe period i.e. 4 days prior to her expected period.if her period cycle is normal then there is less risk of having pregnancy.
She had taken Unwanted 72 too late to give its effect.
It should be taken within 36-48 hours after sex.
Usually first and last week of cycle is safe period.
Any how if she does not get her period, go for pregnancy test after 8 days passed of her expected date of period.
Ok and take care.
