What Causes Missed Period Along With Thick Endometrial Lining?
I am missing period for 19 days I have gone through TVS n US in that no sac found but there is thicker wall 14.4 mm .after scan started mild bleeding for 2 days n spotting for a day. Now it s 22 days I am very much confused whether I am pregnant r not .pls help me

Dear- thanks for using our service. If they did not see a sac in ultrasound, then you are not pregnant or is too early in the pregnancy that the ultrasound does not capture a sac yet. You can have thickness of the endometrial wall due to endometriosis and ectopic pregnancy.You will need to have a blood pregnancy test to evaluate other possibilities as miscarriage . I recommend you to have a gynecologic exam as soon as possible.
