Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You are having poly menorrhea, this could be a serious problem ,this will cause further increase in anemia .
You should get an ultra sound and check for poly cystic ovarian syndrome or any endometrial thickening .
Get a thyroid profile and complete hormone profile if possible (LH,FSH,PROLACTINE).
Take iron and vitamin C supplements.(TAB.OROFER ONCE DAILY FOR 1 month , TAB. LIMCEE TWICE DAILY For 10 days.)
Take leafy vegetables ,dates.
Whenever you have excess bleeding take TAB.TRAMIC MF (tranexemic acid and mefenemic acid combination) and TAB.K-STAT(vit k supplements.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Thank you.
