What Causes Mild Shivering In Feet Post C- Section?

Hi I just had a C section 3 months ago I started working exactly 2 months after my delivery.. after my operation i ve been feeling a lot not myself, had hyper ventilated once, allergic reaction to food that im not allergic to before my operation, been so paranoid about a lot of things, and now im having a slight vibations on my feet. do i need to worry about it?

Hi.

You are still in the recovery phase after major surgery like a C-section and need more rest. I am not asking you to stop working, but you need to understand that once you get back home you have a lot to do like your house chores, and taking care of your baby.

If this job is really important to you, then no one can stop you from working, but these are some of the best years of your child, and you wouldn't want to miss it, trust me on that.

Many changes can occur after delivery, and the allergic reaction may be one of them. Stay calm, and also get your nutritional parameters checked (e.g. vitamin D, vitamin B12, haemoglobin, vitamin C, folic acid, etc.)
