What Causes Mild Pain In Abdomen Along With High Fever And Diarrhoea?
Hi! My daughter has a 102 fever. She threw up twice and has diarrhea. No sharp pains but very dull pain by the diaphragm and and left side of the belly button. She is more alert since she threw up. I think she just has some bug - but the 102 and dull ache made me a little nervous. Thank you.

Thank you for contact to HCM.
She has acute gastroenterocolitis due infection.I suggest:
1.Syp.cyclopam(dicyclomin)-spasmolytic
2.Syp.taxim(cefixime) 8 mg/kg/dose 1 time after meal 5 days
3.Charcoal 1 tablet/10 kg at bed time
4.Enterogermina-1 sashe 2 times 3-5 days
5.ORS
6.Try to keep the daughter hydrated by giving plenty of water
