What Causes Mild Lower Abdominal Pain After An Abortion?

Hi
I had abortion 2 yers back when the baby is 14 weeks
In my home no body don't know about that
Now i have mild lower stomach pain from 10 days
I am just scare to see doctor because i am nervese to tell doctor and also shame to tell
Any way i will marry my boy friend next year but at the moment i don't want to tell any body
If i go to doctor they can find that is i had abortion before is it possible to doctor ??
