Hello

Mild headache and dizziness is common after concussion injury to brain.
You may only need conservative treatment.
You may need cinnarazine, betahistine tablet etc.
You can also take tablet paracetamol for fever.
Non contrast CT scan of brain may be advised after clinical evaluation. This is important in every head injury.

Get well soon.
Take Care
