What Causes Mild Burning Sensation During Urination And Testicle Pain?

hloo sir I am 23 years male.I am experiencing light burning sensation during urination and mild pain in my testicles and sometimes pain in my left side of the hip.somtimes pain during erection also.I am having rash and red skin around pelvic area but not itching for more than 2 Month.while pulling my foreskin of penis back I found a white particle I washed it away but it comes again after a weak.kindly clear me what is the problem with me

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think you are suffering from epididmytis/ urinary tract infection or cysytitis
Other causes may be:
Chronic Prostatitis, Kidney stone, Bladder stone, chlymadia.

Rashes may be due to hygiene problem or fungal infection
White substance is nothing it is secretion of gland and sweat called segma.
It is normal .
You should clean that substance daily to maintain hygiene.


You should consult the surgeon and do following test for diagnossi
1. Blood: CBC, ESR, PSA, Glucose, Urine: Routine and microscopic examination
2. STD screening
3. USG of scrotum and abdomen
4. Rectal examination for prostate, testing of prostate fluid
All this help in diagnosis

Advice for you:
Tablet ibupufen 500 mg two times a day
Tablet Cefuroxime 400 mg two times a day
Apply clotrimazole ointment on rash or candid powder
Apply liquid base lotion that contain minerals and vitamins.
Avoid sex
Avoid heavy weight lifting
Wear loose pure cotton inner wear
Warm bath
