hi. noted history of bleeding per rectum. do you have history of colorectal cancer in the family? do you have difficulty in bowel movement? have you had childbirths thru normal delivery? it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a gastroenterologist or a general or colorectal surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. some things to consider and must be ruled-out are hemorrhoids, anal fissures/polyp, malignancy. diagnostics (such as proctoscopy, blood tests, ct-scan) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly. hope this helps. good day!! ~dr.kaye
