The last couple of days she has said she has been dizzy and feeling ill, her appetite hasn t been affected. I took her to the doctors they said to give her Panadol while we were there she couldn t move her eyes from side to side and she had a really bad blood nose do you get that with migraines? Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your daughter is having migraines.
My response to your question is as follows.

The symptoms of bloody nose are not seen in migraine. Hence ENT examination is required to find out the cause for bloody nose and treatment accordingly.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for any further questions and I will be happy to answer and assist you.

Thank you
