What Causes Microscopic Blood In Urine ?

Hi, I am 28. For the past month I have had frequent urination. The doctors told me that I have microscopic blood in my urine. They said that there was no bacteria. I have felt no pain. My urination increased the day that they told me that I had blood in my urine. I also have felt that my penis retracts to a smaller size.

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com and myself Dr. Atishay Bukharia would be answering your questions..

microscopic hematuria can be because of trauma to urethra or some kind of kidney problem so I would suggest you to go for ultrasonography of abdomen in order to rule out any kidney Pathology..

Hope it helps
