What Causes Metallic Taste In Mouth With Appetite Loss After Spleen Injury?

I injured my spleen several monthe ago and it filled with a liquid.My. Drs. have done a couple of needle aspiration and hve kept a close eye on the liquid which seems to be diminishing. However, I continue to havmetallic tastes in my mouth ans large losses of appititie which is apparently attributable to the enlarged spleen pushing agqinst my stomach. IN ANY, EVENT, THE BAD TASTS CONTINUE AND AFFECT MY FOOD ENJOYMENT. wHAT IS CAUSUNG THIS AND HOW WOULD WE TREAT IT?
