What Causes Memory Loss After Waking Up From Sleep?
I have blackouts, and when I say blackouts I mean like I can go to sleep one night, after my head feels fogged up and I have a headache, and I wake up the next morning and I don t remember anything or anyone. I don t know what is causing it. Any help?

This condition, called "confused arousal," .Such episodes are more common among people with major depression, anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder. There is no specific treatment for this condtion but the proper treatment of associated problems like depression or anxiety disorders ,may inprove this condtion also .I advise that consult with psychiatric for management of underlying psychopathology.
