What Causes Malodorous Loose Black Bowel Motions In A Child?

hi doctor, my 3yr old son has been having loose black stools for three weeks they have a foul smell and he complains of abdominal pain. I have taken him to his doctor two times already. no change... yesterday I took in a stool sample, they told me results would be in till Tuesday. I am very concern because he sometimes looks pale after he passes a loose black stool. Please help me.
