What Causes Major Headaches, Dizziness And Nausea?

I was on some very large roller coasters two day ago. After only a few the headaches became worse and the nausea started. I was dizzy, shaking and at times needed help walking. I have had several severe concussions and more than a handful of minor ones in the past 45 year s. Since coming home I am more tired than usual, major headaches, dizzy, nausea still and light sensitive. I have tried advil and it doesn t work. Did I get another concussion due to the roller coasters or should I be worried that it could be something worse. Jon Hemley

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having symptoms of headache associated with dizziness, nausea following a concussion injury. These symptoms indicate concussion injury to brain and require evaluation by radiological investigations like CT scan and neurological evaluation.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
