What Causes Lung Infection, Sore Throat And Fever?
I recently lost my voice for 21 days. Had sore throat and fever for the first week or do and then a lung infection. I was well for 10 days and now have a sore throat again. There is a brown spot type thing that has appeared on the roof of my mouth. Should I see my go or just gargle salt water etc at home?

There is need to use the Antibiotics along with the anti allergic and pain killers. You should see your physician . There is need to get the chest X ray along with FBC .
