What Causes Lung And Chest Pain?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hi there im a 28 year old male and ive been suffering with lung and heart pains, ive been smoking for around 12-14 years but now ive giving up. i went to my local gp and he gave me steroids to take as i suffer with asthma, but now my chest and lungs still hurt. Do you think i may have lung cancer ???

I can understand your concern.
Honestly speaking, lung cancer is very uncommon in younger age (less than 40 years).
But it can be seen in younger age if person is a chronic smoker.
So in my opinion, you should get done chest x ray first.
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry for lung cancer.
