What Causes Lumps On The Vaginal Wall During Third Trimester Of Pregnancy?

I m 30 weeks pregnant today I noticed bumps on my vaginal wall and more on what I assume is my cervix. I had an abnormal pap 3 years ago after I gave birth to my daughter but my follow up pap was fine. I haven t experienced this before and I worry it might be harmful to my unborn. the bumps do not hurt.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the cervix neither it is any thing serious and not need to worry about this unless it causes the sever pain and other symptoms still better to get done the clinical examination because it is the option to confirm the diagnosis and clear the doubt hope this information helps.
