What Causes Lumps On The Mons Pubis?

Hello, I am a 21 year old male and this is my question. Thank you in advance. I have these 3 pimples (pimple like things) in my pubic hair are 2 small and 1 a bit larger and the large one s head is purple blackish. Haven t had sex ever and they just came out of nowhere and also they hurt when i bend down or touch them. I am mostly with a belt on me so maybe thats the problem. Im kind of scared can you help me with what it may be?

I understand your cocnern.
What lesions you are describing appears to be superficial skin infection caused by bacteria.
Kindly do the following to overcome be problem you are encountering.
1. Clean the area with antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine twice daily.
2. After drying, apply Mupirocin cream topically.
3. Take Tablet.Levocetrizine once a day if there is itching.
4. Wear loose undergarments so as to provide proper ventilation.
Maintain good hygiene and gradually, the symptoms should get better and subside completely.
