General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, your history suggest more of an infected abscess
If i were your treating doctor, then i would suggest
1) To start on antibiotic i.e amoxicillin along with antacid
2) To get open abscess, and drain the pus
3) I would recommend to see your physician, and get drained the abscess in a strict aseptic condition, and to get prescribed medicines.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
