What Causes Lumps In The Breast?

I have two lumps on my right breast. But one is more under my armpit. They feel hard and they don t move. I don t feel any pain only when i press on the one that s more under my armpit. I also had a mamogram done like a month ago and it was fine. Should i worry

I understand your concern
Non movable Lump in the breast could be due to abscess, lymph node enlargement, neoplasm of breast.
I would suggest to consult the general surgeon and undergo breast examination, USG scan and USG guided FNAC.
If above result will come inconclusive then excision biopsy is best.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause.
So better to rue out above causes for safer side.
