General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,
Lumps in the breast could be due to benign disease like fibroadenoma is the young, cysts or breast cancer. A clinical review and specific tests including a family history of breast cancer are however needed fr a better understanding and appreciation. Pain in calf muscles could be due to trauma, exercise, low calcium levels, ruptured cysts into the muscle. A physical exam to check for signs of inflammation could be required to rule out muscle infection. Kind regards
