What Causes Lumps At The Anus During 39 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hi, this is so humiliating for me... I am 39 weeks pregnant and suddenly have these huge lumps coming out of my anus. Underneath I can see external hemorrhoids... But what in the world are these 4 huge raisin sized lumps of skin? They seem to be growing out of my anus... And are on a thick stalk...They do not hurt unless you squeeze them and they itch a lot. I am so humiliated to go into labor... What are these things? They look disgusting... I have a picture ...
