Cause and treatment of -lumps all over arms,stomach,thighs,breast- These lumps are due to the Staph infection of the lupus folliculitis. Treatment- your painkillers won t help these lumps,as the pain is due to the infective cause of the lumps.I would advise you to consult ER dermatologist under whose guidance you need to take following drugs- Antibiotic creams with Anti-biotic medicines (like Ofloxacin) with Anti-inflammatory medicine ( Like Voltaren) Moisturisers to reduce the frequency of the infection of skin. Supplements of Vit E and Zincovit would help you out.
