What Causes Lump With Itching In Anus?

Hello dr my name is Emmanuel I have this problem of itching around the mouth of the anus and this has been going on for a month now and jus 2 weeks back I developed pea sized lump in the mouth of the anus its not painful ,the size hasn t changed yet its only painful only when squeezed and I still experience some itching especially after bowels ,I am so worried doc please. Help m 26 years old male.

Treatment-
Don't be anxious and panicky.
You seem to have proctitis with Sentinel pile, a lump which lately developed.
I would advise you to cool down and wait till you consult with ER Surgeon ,which would fix the cause and treat for your itching lump.
