What Causes Lump Under The Testicle?

Hello I'm a 18 year old male and I'm really worried.

For approximetaly a week I noticed I have a pea size ball underneath my left testicle (inside skin), it's not on my testicle though its right underneath it. It hurts when I touch it. Is it a type of infection or disease?

1.The description of your lump and symptoms suggest - an infective aetiology probably hair follicular infection.
2.In this case as a remedy do not squeeze or disturb the area - as you will complicate if you press the lump.
3.Maintain local hygiene, clean the area with antiseptic liquid after bath and use soft clotting - that should help in healing process.
4.If not working a course of antibiotic might be needed, and needs to be examined the lump.
5.For a definitive, weather the ump is in the testis or with in the skin, what is the nature of the lump ( solid, cystic,mixed). depending on finding treated accordingly. good luck.
