General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

it is best if you consult with a doctor for medical and physical examination especially if the lump is affecting your function. it could be a cyst, an inflamed lymph node or other neck lesion. diagnostic and management (medical and surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
