Hi, I m a 23 year old female and I havehad a lump the size of a walnut under my jaw on the right side. It has gotten bigger since I have noticed it last march. Since I have noticed the lump, I have been on antibiotics for strep and the lump has not gone down. Should I get this checked out by a doctor? Thanks! Katie
Hi, It seems that you might be having enlarged sub mandibular lymph node giving this problem. There might be having some chronic infection in your mouth like deccayed or carious tooth or tarter ed teeth. Consult dentist and get examined. There is possibility of having some chronic infection in the ear as well. Ok and take care.
