What Causes Lump On The Shoulder Blade?

I have a mole on my lower shoulder blade, its flat with the skin but if you were to feel it feels like a little knot in it. the size of a dime. for the past few months it been hurting. when I move my arm, or just sitting doing nothing. I dont even have to touch it to hurt.

Cause of the lump on the shoulder blade-
My clinical opinion on your query is-
-On the existing information I would give my opinion herewith.
Your shoulder lump could be either
-a Sebaceoust Cyst with Sessile lump,but in which infection got activated and has become painful at rest and without touch even lately.
-OR it could be Mole -nevus which has lately changed to malignant melanoma,with its local invasion and is hence painful.

So Don't worry till you get the USG guided FNAC Biopsy of the .shoulder mole which has become painful lately.So consult a ER Surgeon.
If not, Surgical Excision Biopsy with HPR would treat it totally.

Don't Self-treat or medicate in your case as the case may go in to further complications.
