What Causes Lump On The Inner Thigh?
I had a lump come up on my inner thigh near my panty line. I could feel a hard object in it. After I lanced it, an object that looked similar to chicken cartilage was hanging out. I pulled it out. It was about 1/2 an inch deep and about 2x the size of a grain of rice and white. What is this!?!

This could have been dead fascia, looks the same as you described.
Could have been a foreign body which you would have forgotten long ago.
