What Causes Lump On The Back?

I fell a week ago backward on a concrete ground I never got sick or passed out but I have a huge lump still about the size of an egg and it still hurts really bad and just today a week later I m super dizzy and my face is super red and feels sunburnt I have no idea if it s all related or not but I don t know if I have anything to worry about or not, I went to the dr Wednesday and he checked my ears for blood and said I should be fine, should I be worried?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your lump in the back has no relation with your symptoms. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact idea regarding cause.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
